- Collaborate on Projects: You'll be assigned a variety of projects, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork under the guidance of the PM Manager/Coordinator.
- Data Management: Dive into the details, retrieving and managing maintenance data for audits and reporting using systems like ManagerPlus.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Help maintain critical stock, ensuring that CIP and wastewater chemicals, cleaning supplies, and parts are always in place and organized.
- Minor Maintenance: You'll get hands-on with small repairs, painting, and even plumbing tasks.
- Maintenance Logs & Work Orders: Daily logs are your domain, where you'll issue work orders and manage follow-ups to ensure everything is addressed promptly.
- Contractor Oversight: Partner with the PM team to ensure contractor tasks are completed to high standards, including cleanliness and compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Help keep the facility in line with OSHA and BRC requirements, contributing to a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Team Support: Work alongside maintenance technicians and support the Safety Coordinator on various safety tasks.

- A mechanical mind with some experience in maintenance or preventative systems.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to keep things in order.
- The willingness to be part of a team, jumping in to help whenever needed.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and maintenance software systems.
- A knack for communication and a talent for building positive relationships across teams.
