This is what your day will look like:

  • Administrative tasks in finance, such as invoicing, accounts payable, and VAT reporting.
  • Reporting to Swedish authorities and occasionally to EU functions.
  • Compiling product information for the sales organisation, e.g., during new product launches.
  • Following up on and renegotiating contracts, such as phone subscriptions.
  • Purchasing office supplies.
  • Payroll administration using Visma (payroll system) and ProTime (time tracking).
  • Order management and follow-up with 3PL warehouses for products from other Poppies factories.

This is what we expect from you:

  • Experience in working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and VAT reporting is a must, as these form the core of the role.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English to communicate effectively with the headquarters and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus but not required.
  • Additionally, you are open, flexible, and willing to work in a broad role with varied tasks, such as sales support, payroll administration, and general office duties.
  • You thrive as a team player in a small, close-knit group.
  • In short, you’re the baker who can manage several batters in the air at once!
