This is what your day will look like:
- You support the maintenance and further optimization of the quality management system.
- As part of the quality team, you share responsibility for the proper implementation of our quality system and the continuous compliance with IFS, BRC and Autocontrol standards.
- You carry out quality checks on products, packaging, processes and the production environment.
- You actively contribute to process improvements and to resolving quality-related issues.
- You assist in the preparation of audits and quality training sessions.
- You perform internal audits and follow up on corrective and improvement action plans.
- You handle customer and supplier complaints.
- You monitor the calibration of measuring equipment and pest control activities.
- You report to the Site Quality Manager.
This is what we expect from you:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology, biochemistry or chemistry, or have equivalent qualifications through relevant experience.
- You have experience in a production environment (ideally within the food industry) and feel at ease on the shop floor.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
- You combine accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility with clear, approachable communication and are able to adapt flexibly within a production environment.
