This is what your day will look like:
For the further expansion of our IT team, we are looking for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be involved in the further rollout and optimization of our ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, and linked systems. You will have many opportunities and challenges to grow within our team and company.
As a Business Analyst, you identify, analyze, and translate business needs into concrete and usable information within the business/IT team. You translate these needs into technical solutions in collaboration with the Business Process Owners (BPOs) and, if necessary, our external partners. As a business partner, you maintain good relationships with all stakeholders in the organization and have a listening ear for their needs.
- You are responsible for the management and optimization of IT systems within the functional domains you support. You identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement and take action to address them.
- To understand the business needs well, you regularly organize meetings with the BPOs. You are the point of contact for the business, project team members, and external partners. In close collaboration with the BPOs and key users from various departments, you translate their needs and wishes into appropriate solutions.
- You also work with the first-line SAP support to structurally address and resolve recurring issues.
- You report to the IT Manager.
This is what we expect from you:
- You have a passion for analyzing and optimizing processes. You are eager to stay up to date with technological advancements and apply them effectively. You only feel proud when you can deliver that extra touch.
- You hold a master's degree in commercial sciences, engineering, or equivalent, with solid work experience in business analysis, preferably in the international food industry.
- Experience with designing workflows using BPMN/Visio is a plus.
- You have a strong desire to work in a team to elevate the organization as a whole. You take initiative and work in a project-based manner.
- You are an effective communicator, fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, with a preference for experience in Office 365/SharePoint.
- Ideally, you have relevant technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, TM, etc.), as well as recent reporting tools and technologies.
