This is what your day will look like:
- The opportunity to own and lead all accounting operations for two dynamic brands.
- A close partnership with our COO, working together to manage treasury functions and strategic financial decisions.
- Hands-on involvement in shaping budgets, forecasts, and KPIs that guide company success.
- A role with authority and trust, including signing checks, approving expenses, and safeguarding our financial health.
- A collaborative environment where your expertise directly impacts operations, investments, and growth opportunities.
- The chance to wear multiple hats—from overseeing payroll and benefits administration to working with auditors, insurers, and banks.
This is what we expect from you:
- Full command of A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly financial reporting.
- Confidence in running credit checks and approving new customer accounts.
- The ability to analyze performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Comfort navigating ERP systems (QuickBooks) and producing clear, accurate, and timely reports.
- A proactive approach to expense control, tax filings, and year-end close in collaboration with auditors and CPAs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to approve or deny expenses as needed.
- The flexibility to step in as backup to HR for payroll, 401(k), and health care plan administration.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, reporting standards, and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence key business decisions.
