This is what your day will look like:

From Zonnebeke, you ensure at group level that product specifications are correctly managed and comply with legislation, customer requirements and internal quality standards.
A content-driven and administratively precise role with many internal and external interactions.

What does your day look like?
• You manage and update product specifications for finished products and ensure data quality in internal systems and customer portals.
• You ensure that all specifications and product declarations comply with legislation, customer requirements and internal quality standards. You actively follow changes in regulations and customer standards, implement updates correctly and inform relevant colleagues.
• You respond accurately to quality-related questions from internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Quality, R&D, Production and Supply Chain) and external customers.
• You actively participate in audits by clearly explaining product specifications and declarations.
• You carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with internal processes, regulations and standards.
• You proactively contribute to process improvements and share your knowledge with colleagues.

This is what we expect from you:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science or a similar field.
• You have strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are digitally skilled and quickly learn to work with new systems (such as SAP, specification tools and customer platforms).
• You communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders in Dutch, French and English.
• You are assertive and able to switch quickly when dealing with questions or changes.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with peak periods (e.g. product launches).
