As a Logistic Officer, you are the key player in our logistics processes. You ensure the smooth follow-up of daily logistics activities and play a crucial role in organising, coordinating and optimising our operations. Thanks to your accuracy, hands-on mentality and positive attitude, everything – from transport to administration – runs smoothly. You work closely with colleagues from different departments as well as with external partners.
A glimpse of your day:
- You manage transport processes, following up with transporters and processing loading and unloading documents.
- You ensure efficient delivery planning, organising timely and accurate deliveries based on customer needs.
- You handle the preparation and follow-up of customs documents, export forms and other logistics records, and process return shipments correctly and on time.
- You manage returns and complaints in a structured way and provide efficient feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You monitor stock levels in external warehouses and maintain smooth communication with external logistics partners.
