For our d'Haubry site in Zonnebeke, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer. Together with his colleagues and manager, the Maintenance Engineer is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance within the site, with a pronounced focus on maintenance of the electrical installation, including automation (PLC-HMI-Drives).
- You are responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance and carry out repairs to the entire machine park on the site.
- You make an active contribution to continuous improvement projects, specifically within the fields of electricity, automation and control systems.
- You develop clear and practical work instructions for the maintenance team, so that they can solve certain malfunctions in the first line.
- You carry out the (maintenance) tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- You strictly follow the applicable safety, hygiene and quality regulations during machine repairs.
- You provide technical support to your colleagues within the technical department, focusing on electricity and automation.
- You report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
This is what we expect from you:
- You enjoyed a Degree/Bachelor degree in electromechanics.
- You are familiar with process controls, PLC/HMI controls, frequency controls, electronics, etc.
- You are familiar with industrial networks such as Profinet.
- You are keen on automation and digitalisation.
- You are safety-conscious and work in an orderly manner.
- You take initiative and are solution-oriented.
- You are people-oriented and enjoy working together (internally/externally).
- You have a healthy dose of assertiveness and can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
