This is what your day will look like:
As Master Data Officer, you will be active in creating, processing and managing product, customer, supplier and other data in our ERP system SAP. Managing this correctly and consistently is crucial for business processes and reporting within the Poppies Bakeries group.
This is what your day looks like:
- Inputting all kinds of data relating to customers, suppliers, bill of materials,... in our ERP system.
- Troubleshooting error messages that occur at the interface between the order processing systems.
- Working with various departments, such as customer service, purchasing and finance, to ensure that master data is correctly in the system at all times.
- Monitor the quality of the master data by performing regular checks, among other things.
This is what we expect from you:
- You have a bachelor's degree or can bring relevant experience in a similar position.
- You have a passion for working accurately with data and have an affinity with IT.
- You are eager to learn, proactive and motivated to keep learning and to optimise your own workflow.
- You already have a first experience within the field of data management and can work independently.
- Knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel), experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP) is a plus.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have basic knowledge of French and English.
