Are you a highly organised professional with an eye for detail and a keen interest in packaging development? As a Packaging Officer Private Label, you play a key role in the launch of new products and packaging for the retail and foodservice markets. You ensure that every label, box, film or display meets customer requirements perfectly — and reaches the market on time.
In this versatile role, you take the lead in coordinating private label packaging projects from concept to launch:
- You manage private label packaging projects from A to Z, keeping timelines on track for a successful market introduction.
- You act as the main point of contact for customers in your assigned markets and handle all packaging-related communication.
- You carefully review customer-submitted artwork for textual, visual, legal, technical and graphic accuracy.
- You gather input from internal stakeholders (sales, quality, purchasing) and clearly communicate feedback to the customer.
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. food regulations and labelling) and customer or retailer-specific guidelines.
- You collaborate closely with printers, prepress teams, designers and suppliers to deliver technically and commercially feasible packaging solutions.
This is what we expect from you:
- A specific education in packaging is not required, but experience with artwork tools, ERP systems or packaging software is definitely a strong asset.
- You work accurately, in a structured way, and know how to set the right priorities.
- You are customer-oriented and can easily switch between internal teams and external partners.
- You have an interest in food packaging and labelling.
