This is what your day will look like:

  • You are an enthusiastic payroll expert and find joy in ensuring accurate payroll and personnel administration, as well as optimal reporting. You are responsible for correct and timely payroll processing, in collaboration with our social secretariat. Your files are administratively strong and complete, and you stay stress-free even during an audit!
  • You consistently follow up on time registration, ensuring you’re well-prepared to start the payroll closing process. With a smile, you answer questions from workers and supervisors regarding the time registration system (Protime).
  • You handle the reporting and follow-up of work accidents, time credit applications, Flemish training leave, and more. When our employees have questions, you are approachable and provide clear answers.
  • You also manage the administrative follow-up and registration of completed training sessions.
  • You proactively contribute to various HR projects (attendance policy, subsidy files, optimizations, etc.) and are responsible for our monthly KPI reports.
  • You report to the HR Manager and work from our headquarters in Zonnebeke.

This is what we expect from you:

  • You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience), supplemented with relevant payroll experience in a production environment.
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and are happy to assist colleagues with their questions, both in Dutch and French.
  • You possess a solid knowledge of social legislation, keep it up to date, and can clearly communicate this information to our employees.
  • You have a passion for numbers and enjoy performing analyses based on reports.
  • You are social, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, and experience with eBlox and Protime is a plus.
  • Administrative tasks don't intimidate you—on the contrary, you enjoy automating and optimizing processes.
