This is what your day will look like:
As a Level II Prevention Advisor, you are the point of contact for our two production sites: Zonnebeke and d’Haubry. You are responsible for occupational safety policy, provide guidance on prevention and safety, and actively contribute to shaping our strategy.
- Monitoring, adjusting, and evaluating the global prevention plan and the annual action plan
- Drafting risk analyses, work instructions, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to hygiene, environment, and safety
- Conducting regular workplace inspections and assessments
- Translating safety policy into concrete actions
- Being present on the work floor, engaging with employees, and identifying risks
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective measures
- Performing risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Developing and updating procedures and ensuring their compliance
- Collaborating with prevention advisors from other sites and with the external prevention service
- Acting as a problem solver and engaging in constructive dialogue
- Organising training sessions, initiatives, and campaigns to strengthen the safety culture
This is what we expect from you:
- You hold a diploma as Level II Prevention Advisor
- You are hands-on with a strong sense of responsibility
- You have good knowledge of Windows tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- You are multilingual: native Dutch speaker with strong spoken and written skills in French and English
