This is what your day will look like:

•    Walk through production and storage areas to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), checking for non-conformities and proper labeling.
•    Perform daily audits of QA Line Tech documentation, and follow up on any issues or trends.
•    Support training and development of QA Line Techs in coordination with QA Management.
•    Assist in investigations and documentation of issues, helping implement corrective and preventive actions.
•    Review and coordinate monthly audits and the HACCP Checklist, and support pest control monitoring when needed.
•    Evaluate and help maintain sample aseptic handling processes and environmental testing such as air monitoring, hand plates, and swabbing.
•    Coordinate sample selection, shipment, and packaging pulls as needed.
•    Conduct or support Glass and Bottle Audits, verifying sanitation and equipment status.
•    Ensure sanitation equipment is clean, operational, and properly stocked (including color coordination and weekly inspection).
•    Monitor and manage QA cleaning cart prep and maintenance.
•    Assist with data entry, filing, and the placement or updating of SOPs.
•    Back up the QA Line Tech by performing pre-operational ATP swabs, daily audits, and production reviews.
•    Verify calibration of metal detectors and participate in finished product review processes, including coding, taste, and weight checks.
•    Monitor High Care PPE supplies and assist with titration, shoe hygiene checks, and daily shift-end tasks.
