This is what your day will look like:
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed throughout the plant
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and corrective actions to maintain compliance
- Conduct daily and monthly audits, review QA Line Tech documentation, and follow up on findings
- Coordinate and perform environmental testing—air, surface, and personnel monitoring
- Support and train QA Line Technicians, ensuring consistent quality performance
- Troubleshoot production and sanitation issues, ensuring timely corrective action
- Review product quality (appearance, weight, coding) and communicate discrepancies
- Partner with production and sanitation to maintain equipment, cleaning stations, and audit readiness

- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and AIB standards
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with production processes and basic microbiological testing
