This is what your day will look like:

Sample Coordinator (50%)

  • Together with your colleague, you are responsible for shipping product samples to (potential) customers worldwide.
  • You manage the sample stock and ensure sufficient availability of standard products with correct shelf life.
  • You collect products from various warehouses or request them from production sites in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, or Sweden.
  • You pack samples attractively and label them with clear product descriptions and shelf-life information.
  • You include correct thawing and storage instructions so customers can enjoy the products at their best.
  • You handle the administrative processing of sample requests and communicate proactively in case of delays.
  • You ship samples yourself or coordinate with Customer Service to include them in customer orders.
  • You support R&D/Product Manager teams by ensuring samples reach the correct locations for product development.
  • You ensure an attractive presentation of products during customer tastings at headquarters.
  • You support trade fairs by preparing and shipping products; occasionally you attend fairs to present products and support the stand by replenishing or offering products to customers.
  • You introduce our product range to new colleagues at headquarters.
  • Together with your colleague, you ensure continuity in sample delivery worldwide and act as each other’s back-up.

 

Administrative Support (50%)

  • Together with the receptionist, you are responsible for selling our product range to schools, associations, and individuals.
  • You process incoming webshop orders and register them in the ERP system.
  • You coordinate with logistics colleagues regarding deliveries and communicate with customers.
  • Together with your colleague, you monitor sales evolution per school year.
  • You collaborate with the marketing department on the content of the annual newsletter.
  • You provide reception support during lunch breaks as a back-up.
  • You support the Customer Service team with clearly defined administrative tasks (e.g. calculating rebates, handling penalties).

  • You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
  • You are customer-oriented and can easily communicate with both internal teams and external partners/customers.
