This is what your day will look like:
We are looking for a motivated SAP Support to join our IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact within IT for our end users, solving their problems quickly and efficiently.
- You support the functionality of various SAP modules by answering user questions and providing guidance.
- You don’t monitor yourself, but act as the primary contact for our external SAP partner for technical matters.
- You manage and resolve requests and incidents that are registered through our ticketing system as quickly as possible.
- In addition, you assist in resolving EDI issues and provide more general IT support.
This is what we expect from you:
- You already have experience in SAP support or a similar role.
- You are always ready to help end users and do everything possible to solve their problems as quickly as possible.
- You have good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- You are patient, flexible, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
