In this role, you are the key link ensuring that production and inventory are perfectly aligned with customer demand.

• On a monthly basis, you build the baseline forecast using statistical models and historical data.
• You prepare and lead the monthly Demand Review, consolidating and refining input from Sales, Marketing and Supply teams.
• You closely monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs, while keeping working capital under control.
• You keep a close eye on forecast performance. By analysing forecast accuracy and bias, you identify structural root causes and initiate continuous improvements.
• You take a forward-looking approach and actively contribute to making our planning processes smarter, more digitalised and increasingly automated.

We are looking for an expert who excels in numbers and acts as a true connector between different departments.

• You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business Administration, Logistics Management or Applied Economics) and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar planning role.
• You have a strong affinity with data analysis, advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• You communicate assertively and professionally in Dutch and English and are comfortable challenging Sales and Marketing to achieve realistic forecasts.
• You work proactively, detect market changes early and adjust plans where needed.
